Victor is CEO of Paddy Power Online and is a highly-experienced Senior Executive, specialising in product management, commercial leadership, telecommunications, and fund management.

Having originally trained as a civil engineer, Victor spent the early part of his career working in Project and Technical Management roles for large construction projects, particularly in the telecommunications field. He has broad international experience having worked across Europe, the Middle East, the Pacific and the Caribbean.  

 

Victor moved into general management in Digicel (an international telecommunications provider), where he held a range of Commercial Leadership roles finishing up as Regional CEO for the Eastern Caribbean region.

 

He then went on to run xSellco, a fast growing SaaS business providing services to ecommerce companies.  Under Victor's leadership, the company scaled rapidly and was awarded a Deloitte Fast 50 podium position as one of the fastest growing companies in Ireland for a number of years.

 

Victor then pivoted to investing and joined the Dublin BIC Venture arm as a fund manager, where he sat on the board of a portfolio of companies and advised them on strategy and operational maters.    

 

As well as being an active director and investor in IFPI Limited, in recent years Victor has returned to a hands-on leadership role as CEO of Paddy Power Online since 2018. Paddy Power is the leading online gambling business in Ireland and number 3 in the UK.
